Tracking Numbers and Shipment Notification:Once an order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during order checkout. Returns & Exchanges within 30 Days:To continue offering our customers such consistently low prices on the best Black Hills Gold, there are no returns after 30 days from delivery date. A copy of the original invoice that came with your order and the reason for the return must accompany the return. Exchanges allowed only once per order - no repeat exchanges/returns. Non-returnable items are noted at time of purchase and on your invoice, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Diamond Settings for Engagement Rings and Wedding Sets
We provide additional diamond options not offered by the manufacturers in their stock settings. Look for drop-down diamond menus on many of the wedding sets to select these options, or feel free to contact us with your own ideas. Keep in mind that we can modify existing styles to accommodate different stone options, not manufacturing entire styles from scratch. When possible, we will customize standard ring styles to accommodate non-standard shapes and sizes of diamonds. These are non-returnable, special order items.
Our diamond supplier: Diamonds used for our customized settings are obtained through our supplier, Stuller. For education and information about diamonds and diamond grading, CLICK HERE to check out the exceptional pages contained in Stuller's web site. We use their Red Box Diamond ® for most of the customized sets larger than one-half Carat. These diamonds are conflict-free, come with a diamond grading report, and instructions for obtaining free, one-year loss protection from Stuller.
Turnaround time: Most of the standard diamond engagement and wedding rings are manufactured on a "made-to-order" basis, as are the customized styles with optional diamonds. Please allow at least 20 working days for completion of your customized ring.
Diamond Maintenance: We strongly recommend having your ring's setting and prongs regularly inspected by a reputable local jeweler. Regular inspections twice a year will help prevent stone loss due to wear and tear, damage from accidental impacts and other possible causes.
Custom engagement rings and wedding sets made with optional diamond choices are sold with their own documentation, including diamond specifications, ring description and replacement value. We recommend insuring your jewelry for this value to protect yourself in the event that your jewelry is lost, stolen or damaged in some way.

Landstrom's Original Black Hills Gold Creations warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Modifications performed by any jeweler other than Landstrom's Original Black Hills Gold Creations will void the Landstrom's warranty. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of leaves, the addition of diamonds and other precious stones, re-sizing of rings, and replacement of clip earrings with posts. Landstrom's does not warrant items added to jewelry; for example, complimentary gold-filled chains, earring backs, bolos, etc.
Visible apparent product abuse shall also void the Landstrom's warranty. Such abuse may be the result of physical destruction or exposure to damaging chemicals. Prolonged normal wear is not covered under the limited warranty, including prongs or stones, unless deemed a manufacturer defect. Landstrom's reserves the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to the abuse or neglect of the product. Should the jewelry need repair, please include the jewelry with your name, address, telephone number and reason for repair. Landstrom's will send an estimate within 10 working days.
