Customers within the U.S. may order by phone by calling 800-334-3613 or 605-348-5536 during regular business hours. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Your current credit card billing address is required as part of our verification process. Shipment to an address other than the billing address is available upon request for approved domestic orders. Phone orders received before 5 p.m. Mountain Time are processed the same day. Shipping time depends on shipping method used and item availability.

International Orders
Shoppers from Australia, Canada and Great Britain may make purchases online using our catalog's secure shopping cart.
- Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the customer making the purchase -- we will not ship to an address different than the billing address.
- $500 US is the maximum order total.
- All other terms are the same as those outlined below for fax orders.

We ship international orders using United States Postal Service First Class Mail International. Price is $24.99US for most orders. After we receive your order information and credit card authorization, we will contact you via email with your order total and expected shipping date. Most orders take 7 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on destination country. Please note production times for Made-to-Order items when ordering, which can be up to 20 business days.
We accept only MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards as payment for international orders. Import taxes, duties and other charges specific to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We reserve the right to deny or cancel any international order that doesn't meet our address and shipping criteria above.

Returns and Exchanges
To continue offering our customers such consistently low prices on the best Black Hills Gold, there are no returns after 30 days from shipping date. A copy of the original invoice that came with your order and the reason for the return must accompany the return. Exchanges allowed only once per order – no repeat exchanges/returns.
Items may only be returned
-- for a full exchange credit towards another item, less shipping,
-- a cash or credit card refund less a 10% restocking charge and shipping.
Sorry, no returns on mother's jewelry or special order items except under the terms of the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. Non-returnable items are noted at time of purchase and on your invoice.

Warranty Information
Each manufacturer has its own limited lifetime warranty. This information is enclosed with each item sold. Here are the written warranties:

Landstrom's Statement of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Guarantee
Landstrom's Original Black Hills Gold Creations warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. Modifications performed by any jeweler other than Landstrom's Original Black Hills Gold Creations will void the Landstrom's warranty. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of leaves, the addition of diamonds and other precious stones, re-sizing of rings, and replacement of clip earrings with posts. Landstrom's does not warrant items added to jewelry; for example, complimentary gold-filled chains, earring backs, bolos, etc.
Visible apparent product abuse shall also void the Landstrom's warranty. Such abuse may be the result of physical destruction or exposure to damaging chemicals. Prolonged normal wear is not covered under the limited warranty. Landstrom's reserves the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to the abuse or neglect of the product. Should the jewelry need repair, please include the jewelry with your name, address, telephone number and reason for repair. Landstrom's will send an estimate within 10 working days. Every piece of Landstrom's jewelry "L," our registered trademark.

Mount Rushmore Gold Limited Liftetime Guarantee
Mount Rushmore Black Hills Gold handcrafts each piece of Black Hills jewelry with quality and precision, and guarantees your jewelry to be free from any manufacturing defects. This guanrantee does not include coverage for normal wear and tear such as prongs or stones, unless deemed to be a manufacturing defect. For guarantee coverage, please return the jewelry to place of purchase. As with any fine jewelry, be sure to have your stone settings checked regularly to avoid the loss or breakage of a stone not covered by this guarantee.

Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman Warranty
Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman provides a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. In order to best serve you with your product needs, please follow these steps:

1. Verify that your item was manufactured by Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman.
Look for their trademark, C.CO, stamped on the reverse side of your item.
2. If you need a component part (a chain, earring clutch, etc.) for your Coleman item, please e-mail them at with your request.
3. If your item needs to be serviced – sized, lengthened, shortened, or repaired:
Write “RA #4284WS” on the outside of your package
Include a note on the inside of your package with:
your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address
a brief description of what needs to be done
where you purchased your item

Their Service Department will evaluate the service needs of your item and call you with an
estimate if the service/repair is not covered under their warranty.
4. If you need to replace one earring, please send your remaining earring to them following the
instructions listed in #3.
Please note: The remaining earring will be replaced with a new pair at a nominal replacement
cost. (They do this so that both earrings match each other.) You will be called with a replacement
cost and for approval before they proceed. If you would like an estimate prior to sending your
remaining earring to them, please e-mail them at with an item
number or a picture.

Stamper's Guarantee to You
Stamper Genuine Black Hills Gold guarantees original manufactured product from any breakage due to a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace any item that we determine has a manufacturing defect at no charge. This warranty excludes normal wear. We will repair any merchandise manufactured by us, if possible, regardless of origin of damage, at normal repair rates. A complimentary gold-filled or silver chain accompanies each Stamper necklace, ankle bracelets and chain bracelets. Also, Stamper's post earrings have 14k or surgical steel (white) posts and nuts. For stones: We guarantee our mountings against defect in workmanship. After wearing, we reserve the right to inspect the mounting to determine if there is a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace the stone at no charge. Warranty does not cover shipping to and from factory.

Item Availability and Backorders
Our most popular items are usually ready to ship within 48 hours. Some items are shown as "MADE-TO-ORDER, NON-RETURNABLE Ships in 5 to 6 business days" or "Ships in 15 business days." These items are not part of the manufacturer's current product line, but our customers at Black Hills Gold Outlet can still order them and have them specially made. Even though they are non-returnable items, the limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects is still included with every Black Hills Gold jewelry item sold on our site. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered working days by UPS are not used in calculating shipping time. Many ring styles are not manufactured in every available size, so rings may be sized to meet your request. If you would like a ring that has not been sized, please specify this when you are ordering. Your ring order may take up to 15 working days longer to allow for casting and manufacture of your requested size. Regardless of ring size, you will be contacted if any items from your order are backordered and not expected to ship within four working days of your original order date.

Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping methods for domestic orders are UPS and United States Postal Service Priority Mail for addresses using post office boxes. Orders to APO and FPO addresses are shipped using US Postal Service. Cost: US Postal Service Priority Mail $5.99 (2 to 5 days, depending on address), US Postal Service Express Mail $19.99 (1 or 2 days depending on address), UPS 2nd Day Air approximately $18.00 - $30.00, UPS Next Day Air approximately $36.00 - $60.00.00. UPS shipment prices are determined by address, with those located nearer the Black Hills of South Dakota costing less than those located farther away. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered by UPS as shipping days for regular shipments. Please call if you would like your order delivered on Saturdays using UPS or if you would like us to send your order via another shipper. When your valid online order is shipped, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number via email.

International orders are shipped using US Postal Service First Class International, Certified. Cost: $24.99US. Most orders take 7 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on destination country. Please note production times for Made-to-Order items when ordering, which can be up to 20 business days.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used by the Black Hills Gold Outlet only. We will not sell or distribute your information to other companies. Your payment information is kept confidential. We will notify you via email or phone regarding any updates to an order you place with us. To reduce paper waste, cut costs and continue keeping our prices low, we are not sending printed materials via US Mail. We refuse to engage in unsolicited, bulk emailing or "spamming." Followers of our Facebook page can view special offers we may be featuring.

We try to ensure that the items, descriptions and prices displayed on our web site are current and correct, however, errors do occur. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time and without notice. Prices are subject to change without notification.

Custom Diamond Settings for Engagement Rings and Wedding Sets
We provide additional diamond options not offered by the manufacturers in their stock settings. Look for drop-down diamond menus on many of the wedding sets to select these options, or feel free to contact us with your own ideas. Keep in mind that we can modify existing styles to accomodate different stone options, not manufacturing entire styles from scratch. When possible, we will customize standard ring styles to accomodate non-standard shapes and sizes of diamonds. These are non-returnable, special order items.

Our diamond supplier: Diamonds used for our customized settings are obtained through our supplier, Stuller. For education and information about diamonds and diamond grading, check out the exceptional pages contained in Stuller's web site. We use their Red Box Diamond ® for most of our customized sets. These diamonds are conflict-free, come with a diamond grading report, and instructions for obtaining free, one-year loss protection from Stuller.

Turnaround time: Most of the standard diamond engagement and wedding rings are manufactured on a "made-to-order" basis, as are the customized styles with optional diamonds. Please allow at least 20 working days for completion of your customized ring.

Diamond Maintenance: We strongly recommend having your ring's setting and prongs regularly inspected by a reputable local jeweler. Regular inspections twice a year will help prevent stone loss due to wear and tear, damage from accidental impacts and other possible causes.

Custom engagement rings and wedding sets made with optional diamond choices are sold with their own documentation, including diamond specifications, ring description and replacement value. We recommend insuring your jewelry for this value to protect yourself in the event that your jewelry is lost, stolen or damaged in some way.

What makes a piece of jewelry Black Hills Gold? It has the unique traditional design comprised of pink and green gold leaves, gold grape clusters and vines and it must, by law, be manufactured in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

How do they make the green and pink-colored gold? Pure 24 karat yellow gold is alloyed with silver to create the vibrant green, and is alloyed with copper to make the dazzling pink. The resulting alloy is a more durable 12 karat gold.

Will the color of my Black Hills Gold leaves fade or rub off when I clean them? Absolutely not! The leaves are solid gold.

What karat is Black Hills Gold? Nearly all pieces, regardless of manufacturer, are comprised of 10 karat yellow gold (ring shanks, pendant and earring bases), 12 karat pink and green gold (leaves, roses, hearts, butterflies etc..), 14 karat gold earring posts and complimentary gold-filled (1/20 12 karat) 18" chains for pendants. A few select wedding sets are made with 14 karat gold shanks.

What is encrusting? Used to decorate jewelry, encrusting is a process that has been practiced for centuries. As it applies to our customized mens rings, the onyx to be decorated will have grooves made in the desired design. These grooves are wider at the bottom and narrower near the surface, like an inverted "V." 24 karat gold, which is softer than alloyed gold and very malleable, is then pressed into the grooved design and smoothed using special tools.
